No. Your assumption is based on the idea that this game is 'taking the place' of a game you would want to play. This premise is of course unmitigated nonsense. However the true solution does not lie in not purchasing games you Don't want to play. The true solution is to make the games that you Do want to play. A

Damn, I only have 3 hours of Deus Ex: Human Revolution left. $4.99!

I like when companies take little jabs at each other like this. Reminds me of the good ol' days of gaming rivalry. None of this "We don't support X company due to Y reason".

It's the one thing I miss about EGM. New EGM doesn't have the same impact anymore since it's gone bi-monthly, but the reason I always went to EGM as my first stop for reviews is because of their multiple person review system. It meant a lot to me to see the differing reviews for one game and then see whether the

I'd rather have some Wizard Baristas, saving the world with impressive Latte Art like this

In the same vein...this needs to be re-released soon.

People aren't mad because Assassin's Creed doesn't have women, they're mad because Ubisoft lied about how difficult it would be to add women. I think the Far Cry 4 team was more honest, and I can't see them receiving the same blow back. I'd bet a couple bucks that Far Cry 5 has women, as conciliatory as that sounds.

I liked the first Crackdown even though I played it YEARS after its release (when it was offered for free), but when I did it looked really outdated not only graphically but also in mechanics, it had barely any story and once you defeated the gangs it was pretty much over, the game world needed more depth.

My god, it's amazing. It's like Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon levels of insane awesomeness.

Watching the first Mortal Kombat movie is a christmas tradition in my home. At least for my brother and i. It's so horrible, yet somehow amazing beyond belief!

You made your life so much harder choosing to use aftermarket cpu cooling solution as a first time builder you are unlikely to be doing any major overclocking (10-12 on cpu or more) so why isn't the cooling solution provided on the i chips enough? They have long been lauded for having exceptional stock cooling and

They could just put an extra check box at checkout time 'This game may never be released in a completed state, are you sure you wish to purchase it?'

So let me get this straight:

By the way, I'd like to take this moment to reiterate just how terribad Kinja is. Navigating my way around this comment thread has been an exercise in futility, so I apologize if I missed any responses.

I don't really understand why you would pick one. I buy games from whichever of these sites (and a few others) have the best price. Many of them give you Steam keys anyway, so you're still managing your games through Steam (if you want) regardless of who you buy from.
