People aren't mad because Assassin's Creed doesn't have women, they're mad because Ubisoft lied about how difficult it would be to add women. I think the Far Cry 4 team was more honest, and I can't see them receiving the same blow back. I'd bet a couple bucks that Far Cry 5 has women, as conciliatory as that sounds.

Of course, it makes perfect business sense. Which is why it's so biting that we gamers are all too wiling to be suckers.

I liked the first Crackdown even though I played it YEARS after its release (when it was offered for free), but when I did it looked really outdated not only graphically but also in mechanics, it had barely any story and once you defeated the gangs it was pretty much over, the game world needed more depth.

I don't really understand why you would pick one. I buy games from whichever of these sites (and a few others) have the best price. Many of them give you Steam keys anyway, so you're still managing your games through Steam (if you want) regardless of who you buy from.

I'm guessing it had to be put on hold because the X1 version's Kinect functionality was resulting in injuries, as mere humans are not flexible enough to perform the Spider-Man-like actions it required.

Bless your heart for being this sane about it. I, on the other hand, both don't understand and am kind of pissed about it. The whole dickwolves thing was seriously overblown by someone wanting to highjack a cartoon to make a political point.
