I was very similar. At first I wasn’t too into it. But after a while I got to love the characters, I think the voice acting was rather stellar, the story has enough twists but never gets convoluted like many JRPG’s, your goals are always pretty apparent and the combat was great. I had more issues with the map/menus

Which is exactly what they fixed in the director’s cut actually. The whole game is rather awesome now.

Heh, yeah...Kinja is pretty terrible in any long conversations. It’s primary design was definitely to reduce DB load and increase speed as opposed to making conversations better. Hiding replies unless requested and obfuscating is much easier and cheaper to keep going while also producing issues like this.

That doesn’t make any sense given that this is what I was replying to.

Some guns use ADS though. I doubt ADS will ever be added to all guns in a true CS game as it would sort of go against the spirit of the game.

The whole core of Counter-Strike has always been balancing weapons around how much money you have. That's why each round plays a lot more unique than if everyone had their own individual loadout they could rock every single round. The game would get old and boring that way but with the money system sometimes people

This article is VERY confused. It goes from talking about Dust 2 to Dust and the map devs are obviously talking about Dust while a picture of Dust2 is displayed. Also, Dust (as in Dust 1) isn't used in competitive matchmaking or any tournaments at all and hasn't been for over a decade and probably longer.

The funny thing about this is I agree with you. And I don’t like Angry Joe because he’s obviously a jackass and he doesn’t even really seem to like videogames all that much too (which comes across on his Twitch channel more than his videos). Hell, he doesn’t even play all the games he reviews. He just plays them with

I don’t really like Angry Joe all that much but you obviously have never once watched any of his videos if you say that’s the kind of content he makes. The man goes out of his way with editing, prop pieces, taking time to explain his viewpoint while giving it his own style (being angry sometimes). So, yeah, you’re

There will be a surrender button after about 6 months but it will cost each person $1 :)

Considering it’s people own time and they are free to do with it what they want. Especially when it comes to how they want to enjoy something. Got any other views to preach? AMEN BROTHER, AMEN!

Yeah, Hawken was literally abandoned by the devs after the mess that was made out of it with the F2P system and them re-working the style of game multiple times. There is what appears to be new devs working on it though so who knows.

Yup, this. Case in point...the CSGO players who got caught cheating on LAN by downloading a trigger/aim bot through the workshop. The few who got caught were still quite good without it but they turned it in on situations where they hoped it would not be noticed (and it mostly wasn’t for a long time) and when they

Nobody said the person writing it was not a primary English speaker. But when you’re creating something and it’s in another language you won’t get a 100 extra ears who speak the same language, as a native, to help tell people that it’s stilted or sounds off. And financing has nothing to do with dialogue outside of how

Valve seems to want Steam to become it's own Twitch. Which would be OK but they really really need to change things up if they are going to do that. The broadcast feature they have is neat but not all that useful right now. However, it's still in early beta so it might shape up.

I’m not sure what that adds to this. Of course they are all developed on the PC but that isn’t the same thing as compiling and running the game on PC. You can write the code, develop the art assets and compile the code on a PC using the OS of your choice but you still have to have it run on the target hardware. And

Actually, that makes more sense. I know most Japanese arcade titles run on PC hardware. So it sounds like they did a quick port of that rather than port the PS4 build because it’s easier. Perhaps down the line they will add in more support for features but as a person who has consistently seen Japanese developers

Sadly a lot of people are simply dumb and think they are being clever or funny when in reality what they are saying is extremely wrong. Combine that with people who sit on 'troll' websites to try and out-troll each other (yes, whole communities exist to brag about their exploits) and the ability to stay mostly

It's almost as if they had some system that allowed them to quickly port the PS3 version to PC and simply get it to run and called it good. Which is odd considering just how much easier it is to port the PS4 version. However, these are Japanese developers here and the PC isn't much of a thing in Japan which has lead

I do wonder if these issues are fixed in the French version of the game since that's the native language of the developers.
