If you're taking the bumper off the change headlights you're just wasting time. Both my A4 and S4 needed no such removal for headlights. The Passast must have been different in that regard.

Yes I know, that's basically what I said. The rear fenders require a lot of body work since the B5 RS4 was avant only. Just the body panels to convert a B5 S4 avant to RS4 run about $13k, then add labor to make it work on a sedan. I'd love to do it to my S4 avant but that's about 3x what it's worth sadly.
