Mike Ramsey dreams of electric Mustangs

I’d think it would be easier, since the torque curve is much more linear than a gas engine.

Who hurt you?

Welp. I guess stealing a UPS truck is on my bucket list now. And I didn’t even know I wanted one.

NOOOOOOOO!!!! Stef was the best part of Jalopnik! If she’s gone, is there any reason for me to keep visiting this site? (Okay, yes there is. There are many reasons. But it still won’t be the same without her.)

THANK YOU! I’ve been conflicted about Tesla for a very long time, and have gotten quite sick of people claiming that Elon Musk is some kind of god (or that he’s the devil incarnate). I like Tesla and I don’t. I like Elon and I don’t.

There’s the Chevy Colorado, but it’s pretty big, even for a midsize. Small trucks just aren’t a thing anymore. Sad but true.

I’m sure it will. But if they do retro-inspired electric versions of past muscle cars, I don’t think a large cargo space in the front would be all that contrived. Tesla designed the Model S with a fairly long hood for this purpose, and it seems to have worked out all right.

Somehow, I find the idea of autonomous cars behaving this way far more plausible than the idea that Chrysler will still be around in the 2040s.

Isn’t 2 Fast 2 Furious the 2 Fast 2 Furious of car movies? I mean, there’s cars in it and stuff...

No licenses? Maybe, but the “Rocket” looks like a damn near perfect rendition of a ‘67 Mustang.

I hear you there. Great chases, minimal plot, positively cringeworthy dialog. Still fun though.

I enjoyed this movie, but I’m a bit conflicted about it.

Username checks out!

The truck’s intended purpose is to carry stuff, but not quite that much stuff.

Sadly, it seems the ratio of price to power is directly connected to the douchebag level of the owner. That’s why Mustangs, Camaros and Challengers attract the worst crowd at car shows - it’s the most horsepower for the dollar. Same deal with Tesla - while they’re pricey, they’re still half the cost of anything else

Dishwasher - see, that was your mistake. Gotta use the washing machine for this stuff. And don’t worry about the insane clanging noise and other signs of the machine completely self-destructing - that’s perfectly normal.

I don’t mind a comfortable wheel, but that Aston non-circle is crossing the line. It’s not even freaking round.

Sometimes one causes the other.

That pisses me off.

No worries, just call Bonnie and Devon and they’ll come get you in the Knight Industries semi.
