Taking on multiple “project” cars just isn’t realistic unless you are very wealthy and plan (and can afford) to sent them out for most work.

I think people will be eager to leave the house, it’s what they do out of the house that I think will be different.

Crowded restaurants, gyms, sports events, etc. will likely take years to get back to where they were. People are going to avoid crowds. But activities that don’t require rubbing elbows with the runny nose…
