InsideEVs? You mean InsideElonsButt?
For every striking UAW worker on the line that was “prepared” there are 10-20 behind him that are watching their lives fall apart financially. The average American has <$1,000 in savings.
They are doing those things but are also there to physically threaten any non-union workers who might try and cross the picket line. Violence and assaults have occurred in the past.
Matt Farah seems to have confirmed it was in fact a production car (VIN 19) that journalists drove and not a pre-production test mule. GM confirmed it came off the standard production line.
Only at a reduced charging rate.
“Even if, say VW, did pay for the entire network, wouldn’t it be worth it to overnight double your potential network?”
Zero is not their (only) competitor, their own ICE models are as well. Especially when you are talking about a brand experience such as Harley Davidson.
That old trope?
At the current rate of expansion Electrify America will pass Tesla for number of fast chargers within the next 18-24 months.
All the networks are open except Tesla. Soon the Supercharger network will be dwarfed by EA and others. Charging is going to be better/faster on 800V anyways. Tesla’s advantage will soon become a liability.
Wondering why Jalopnik keeps referencing the Taycan S as the “entry level” model when Porsche announced long ago there would be a non-S Taycan slotted below in the range? Has Porsche announced a change to their plans?
Exactly, it’s a trim package. The base trims of those bikes come in at almost $10k below the base trim of the Livewire.
Exactly as I said, all non-special, two wheel models are ~$10k less.
No, they don’t. Only Trikes and CVO models pass the $30 mark
The Live Wire base price is almost $10k more than every other 2 wheeled, non special edition bike Harley offers.
Why buy a Q5 over an A6 Allroad then?
What I don’t understand is if Audi is already bringing the All-Road and the RS6 Avant, why not just make the A6/S6 Avant available for special order? It wouldn’t require any additional fuel economy or crash testing. MB offers the E-Class wagon. What gives?
Millions of times is massively insufficient for a system that comes with such risks.
