You may have been the Dreamcast of your time, but you’ve given me classics and fun time with friends.

My 5yo daughter heard his critical hit phrase one time. She wouldn’t stop saying, “Time to take out the trash” for a month. I just wish she was old enough to take out the trash.

For real. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve had to tell my pre-teen kids that ‘clown attacks’ aren’t an actual thing.

This happened pretty close to me. I remember seeing stuff on local news before it went nationwide. Freaky shit.

And to think that getting Mew was as easy as glitching the Nugget Bridge, yet there they were, people trying to surf, strength and I don’t know what more.

Luigi, Mew, Aeris, holding down buttons to guarantee Pokemon catching, etc. Such a simpler time of hope and dreams before the internet ruined tricking your friends into believing wild gaming secrets.

All that time wasted trying to push that damn truck.

Ughh, reminds me of all the BS I had to go through to get Surf before the SS Anne so I could surf in the shipyard to find that alleged Mew.

Mega Man deserves better than this. Capcom should have contracted Christian Whitehead to port these games to mobile. He did brilliant work on the mobile Sonic ports — not to mention the in-development Sonic Mania.

Relationships with chronic illness are extremely difficult, especially when intimacy becomes a problem. Don’t let it drag on for years or you’ll find yourself in a supremely depressing situation. Don’t ask me how I know this :(

Chances Nintendo gets the VC right for Switch? I pretty much bought a Wii U for the virtual console and it has collected dust except for a handful of times my wife and I played mario.

The thing about having kids is that you end up programmed to always feel a little sorry for people who have to distract their kids from something they don’t want them to see; even Ivanka Trump.

I agree and remember thinking that when they showed off the final design. Funny thing is, I think the black stripe was a bad choice as a prototype. The screens are REALLY hard to see when Reggie’s holding it. It makes it hard to see that biggest feature of the system. I DO think it would have been an awesome design…

That happened on Amazon with the 3DS deal. Said they were going to be listed on one day and were actually listed 1 or 2 days prior. Grabbed by scalpers who just relisted them with a 50-100% markup.

I noticed the performance boost on mine. I got the New 3DS in black on BF since that’s the model I’ve been waiting to upgrade to. It flies in comparison to the OG model when it comes to loading games and doing things on it. I streetpass a lot and I can do it in half the time now thanks to the new streamlined menu and…
