Nice!
Nice!
Complete collection?
They grow on you big-time, and you can see the effort Nintendo put into trying to make this a mainstay series (zip-lash was the final attempt at the character from my understanding). As far as the first couple of titles, make sure you have patience. Its a game where your abilities grow over time, but the beginning can…
I feel like after level 7, it just draaaags. (I’m only level 8 BTW)
I know the producer (wisely) tends to put DQ on whatever platforms have sold best to increase potential game sales. I just wish we were getting the dual-pack PS4/3DS special edition SE is putting out in Japan. Two versions of the same game on different consoles in one package is unheard of.
There’s the pun I was looking for!
What a time to be alive.
Thank you kindly. I actually watched the e3 demo live (and thought it was terrific), but just now drew that conclusion.
Wait, I just noticed... is that Sam Witwer as the main?
That’s the spirit!
Interestingly, there are some who are divided on the choice to have Twintelle’s hair as her weapon (as she is a person of color). I’m not going to pretend like I know the cultural relevance to this, but I thought it was an interesting counterpoint to such a well-received character.
It certainly is Kung Fu.
Did anyone else think of some of the old NES end screens when seeing this thumbnail?
FINALLY
It killed me they never did this color when the GBA was announced.
Agreed. I imagine Nintendo just doesn’t have any idea what to do with Wario or Waluigi on their own at this time. There would have to be some gameplay gimmick that fits their character (which is something I think a company like AlphaDream could pull off).
I’d love to see them replace Mario and Luigi in the Mario and Luigi RPG series with Wario and Waluigi. I mean, AlphaDream could have a field day with clever writing and physical comedy between those two.
Not that it’s officially a Wario title by any stretch, but would you consider his appearance in Super Mario 64 DS as notable on this list? He fit into that game perfectly IMO.
I still have my pull-back luigi!
some games are downright unplayable on it no doubt. I think the paid emulators may have a bluetooth controller option (depending on the phone too). Actual performance was impressive.
