Good question. There are contacts for warning areas on the sidebars ofVFR sectionals, as are for MOAs and Restricted areas. Also, one can find Special Use Airspace status here:

Nitpick: Warning Areas (designated with a W-### as in your map) are not Restricted Areas. Warning Areas are similar to MOA’s, but offshore, and flight through warning areas requires no clearance, nor is it prohibited or restricted. Because Turkey is overflown between Las Vegas and Los Angeles?

There are plenty of YouTube vids of personal/small planes taking off from roads after forced landings. In Alaska, it's also legal to land and take off on many roads.

Pretty interesting. It's a Garmin Aera 500, which contains both aeronautical and street maps. Quite low tech!

Thanks for the feedback! I'd love to check out the lounge at CDG but only going one-way, not flying back out on AF. Was reading the seat cushions were hard as rocks, but guess that wasn't too much of a concern.

There's also no mention of bridging the Data lines with a resistor to let the device know the charging rate that can be sustained...

No idea. I've found Safari + AdBlock Plus doesn't prevent prerolls, whereas Chrome + AdBlock does (for me at least).

AdBlock + Chrome? Haven't seen one of the yellow-bar preroll ads in ages.
