I guess punching a producer doesn’t seem so bad now, does it?

The challenger was SO bad they replaced it with a Buick? Damn, that car must be awful.

For those older than 30...

Yes, definitely do not drive your heroes. I’ve never driven one of these, but all the hearsay out there says those HT4500 OHV V8s are good, on average, for no more than 50,000 miles. Yes, you read that correctly. So this vehicle is already more than halfway to becoming junk., mechanically. That said, enterprising

If you were to do a Venn diagram of buyers shopping for Allantes and buyers shopping for Miatas back in the day, the two circles actually wouldn’t overlap.

I wanted one of these things hard as an 8 year old. I thought it was the most expensive fanciest car you could buy. Little did I know that in my 30's, I could pick up probably one of the nicest remaining ones for under 10 grand. Amazing how things change, isn’t it? I’ve never driven one of these, but I fear it is one

This is NP. I base that on a quick search of ebay sold allantes with similar mileage. Sure it’s not my cup of tea but it is someone’s and this is a fair price for a V8 convertible caddy. Give it some love and sparing Sunday drives, in 2 years time you can throw some antique plates on it (25 years in most states) and

So, Fiat is buying back a lot of lemons? I suppose 500s? What issues are the main problem with three cars?

“Having a company accept the return of an entire vehicle is rare”

Actually what you’re showing is that all in all, GM actually does some rather nice interiors these days. But let me back up the train for a sec. You could easily count me in as someone who ridiculed the shit out of GM and their god awful interiors and fit and finish. These days GM’s interiors are right up there with

Now you’re just showing that you are simply an anti-Cadillac troll.

This. I get so infuriated with people not turning on their headlight at late dusk or in the rain. It’s all to fault of the LCD display.

Full lights should also come on automatically whenever the wipers are activated. Too many idiots in silver/gray cars in the fog that I can’t see because their DRLs are fooling them.

My biggest complaint, aside from poor resale value, is their engine offering. Their 4 cylinders are rough and thrashy compared to BMW, MB, & Audi’s 4 cylinders. While the 3.6 is a very nice engine, it’s only available with an autotragic. Isn't can't they just pull the V6/manual combo straight from the Camaro?

I have no clue why the ATS doesn’t sell well. Attractive looking cars, as mentioned, great handling and so on. Is this really still a case of people’s perceptions of the Cadillac of the 80's-90's?

I pine for the days where you could turn on History and have a 90% chance of it being a show on ether WWII (European theater specifically), or the Civil War. 8% chance it was Ancient Egypt.

Chrysler ME 4-12. Twelve years later, look at it and tell me you wouldn’t buy it tomorrow (if it had actually gone into production).

This is amazing.

I judge people based on the state of cleanliness of their car. If the inside of your car is filled with junk and trash, and the outside has filth all over it......

Yes, the question “does it baby?” definitely requires context.
