It worked so well when the 49'er moved 55 miles South of their longstanding diehard base of fans to Santa Clara. So I’m certain that the Warriors East Bay loyal base of fans who sold out that stadium for years of Joe Barry Carroll players will go to games just like S.F. 9'er fans go. Lol. Nope. Dumbasses.

No, that’s explicitly baseball’s problem.

That’s great. You’re also a hardcore baseball fan. Manfred doesn’t have the luxury of only catering to hardcore baseball fans. He needs to appeal to casual fans as well, and t is likely that casual fans don’t want to sit through 15 different mound visits in an inning.

You know except the part where he leads with the helmet In to the other guys chin

“Reasonable critique...” Not by a long shot.

Man did you get this article fantastically wrong.

Well this isn’t suspicious at all.

So was 2012. Giants are dead and gone you greedy jerkoff.

Hell yes. Here in the Bay Area, giants fans have been, for the most part, smug and entitled. Simultaneously, they only pay attention and wear their giants gear when the giants are either A) in first place or B) in the playoffs. For most, baseball stopped existing last night. Good riddance.

Counter point; adults wearing panda hats rioting in downtown sf, flipping/burning cars and such

Couldn’t you say that about any bandwagon fanbase? Plug in Red Sox for Giants and it’s the same thing?

No, even year bullshit is an uninteresting concept, but the Giants are such an uninteresting team that sports announcers keep talking about it, over and over, because they have nothing really to say about the team.

You watch the Giants the same way most fans watch the Cardinals.

But not this year!

This was definitely an interesting one to watch. I’m not really sure yet if I’m happy or not that things transpired the way they did. I guess because my team is already eliminated, it doesn’t really matter.

Way to go Giants! Their bullpen has a long history of choking. No, I’m not a fan of any particular team in baseball - I just love watching the Giants lose.

Oh well I guess they’re totally gonna go back and take the runs off the board now that alynch345 has chimed in, better call the club house and let them all know.

Arguably, the Giants last few postseason runs were really lucky.

So a Bay Area team that many people thought were destined to win the title ended up blowing a 3-1 lead at home against a “cursed” team from the Midwest and Draymond Green was at the game?

  1. They’re clubs not franchises, dickhead!
