what makes me mad is i understand but its municipal court for a traffic accident. some a-hole driver is trying to fight traffic tickets to an accident he clearly caused. i told the cop what happened (as if it wasn't clear). why else do they need me? he plowed into the back of some lady sitting at a stop sign.

i have been subpenaed to court as a witness for the state in municipal court. i will be on vacation out of the stet on the date of the case.

we use pentax optio for bridge inspection here, they are dustproof waterproof to 20ft or so, shock proof. i cant comment too greatlyon the image quality since all ive used it for is taking pictures of rusted steel. bu they seem pretty good.
