i have recently started eating30 mins before a bike ride (half a pb sandwich), but i weight lift after 1-1 1/2 hr after i eat dinner. i would imagine eating right before any exercise would lead to cramping or throwing up if the meal is too heavy. plus you feel sluggish if you are trying to digest a large meal.

you have no idea how wrong that is. its cheaper for them to offer you the discount plan than to find a replacement for you. .just call up and for the lower rate, if they refuse, threaten to cancel and they usually offer some kind of promotional rate. i haven't paid full price at com cast for 2 1/2 years, at least.
