I gotta do the same to my new to me 130k Lightning. Got it on eBay so didn’t get a chance to inspect beforehand. I know I gotta replace the dash, and headlights but need to go through the rest and see what’s needed. Probably the blower oil, maybe some bushings, but the rest seems to be pretty new.

Dang, and I’m still using an old tech push reel mower and a plug in electric that I gotta push. Guess that kinda makes my mowers like the manual transmission, antiquated relics.

Durable? Not even close. I’ve grenaded half a dozen of them in Mustangs and Econolines, all with under 100k miles.

European gas is no better than ours. They measure octane in RON. We measure in AKI, which is RON+MON/2. Their 95 is essentially equal to our 91, and their 98 is our 93. Same gas, different way of measuring octane.

My mom looked at these last month when she finally ditched her Maxima. Thankfully I talked her out of it. Ended up leasing an Equinox LT 2.0T. Still not great, but better.
