I’d consider it. The CEL doesn’t bother me in the least. After owning 7 German cars, I know that random, unexplained, phantom codes are par for the course. They’re usually BS codes, like a module temporarily losing communication with the FlexRay system. Just delete them and move on.

My aunt bought one of these new in 85. She kept it until 95. I never got to drive it because I got my permit in 96. I’d buy this just for the nostalgia factor. Pretty sure hers had no turbo though. 

The one that nobody wants and will make sure this car gets roasted by any real super car and any number of sedans and SUVs? You can’t outshift a computer. Deal with it and let that damn antique die. 

I wanted to do a European delivery of my upcoming 2021 M550. Problem came with my current lease return. It has to be returned before the trip, and the new car doesn’t arrive for 6-8 weeks after. What am I supposed to drive for those 2 months?

I’m getting the same response from dealers. They seem to be looking for MSRP on everything. My lease goes out in a few months and I’m looking to order an M550. You never see them though, and TrueCar is showing sales for about invoice plus the BMW Lease cash of $2500. So I’m offering Invoice. Never been an issue

I put in my M550 order last week. It needs to be here by September. That’s when my current lease goes out. See with BMW, people will be buying. We all lease, so we have no choice but to go back every three years, regardless of the situation. 

I don’t have time for this shit. I need all their plants reopened. Production for the 2021 5 series is supposed to start in July. It needs to. My dealer has my order for a 21 M550 that MUST be built in the first couple of weeks of July for it to get here by the time my current lease goes out in September 15. My 335GT

Leaf is a different animal. It makes peak torque at 0rpm, so all of its power is available right off the line. This is going to have to be revved to make torque.

This absolutely DISGUSTS me. I’m in the 15:1 class. No 1 horsepower should be carrying more than 15lbs, and even that’s pushing it. That GM thinks its okay to DOUBLE that, is absolutely pathetic. Love it!! I used to make deliveries in NYC in a Ford E-250 with the 351W. Thing was massively underpowered and ate transmissions. Now Chevy makes a decent van, with a real engine and hopefully the 10 speed. Kinda wish I still had that job. 

Gamers shouldn’t be allowed to have real guns. Their brains are like pudding and they’re completely desensitized to life and death. 

Well, knock the Corvette off the next car option list. Just like C1 through C7, I’m not gonna fit in the C8. List is now down to two Bimmers and an overpriced Jeep. On the plus side, minimum power is up to 503. 

Who cares? This is a non-issue compared to other things going on in the world. Stop trying to make it more than it is. 

Looks way better than the Veyron.

This motor has nothing that makes the LS swap popular. The LS is externally small. This is long and tall. The LS is light. This isn’t. LS engines and parts are plentiful. Barras aren’t. There are external controllers for the LS. Nothing for the Barra. You completely missed the point of an LS swap. 

Considering Jalop writers tend to own beaters from the 80s with manual transmissions, it’s virtually a given. 

We have an Equinox with the 2.0T and it’s really not bad at all. I’m sure it’ll roast anything in your garage. The only real problems with it are the dead pedal, the half assed AWD system, the missing shift paddles, the auto start/Stop and the lack of traction. It makes 300hp tuned, gets to 60 in under 6 seconds,

Manual makes it slower. Not many sold because of it. Nobody with half a brain wants their quick car to go slower. 

Mileage is too high for that price. If it had 40k, I’m there. 80k though is not happening. The color also hurts it. You can’t have a red sleeper. My Lightning is red and it gets noticed. I’m thinking maybe $23-24k at most, as it sits.
