I LOVE these. In fact, I’ve been looking for one, or a Roadmaster for the past few months. Problem is, they book in the $3k area, and they’re all priced 2-7 times that. I’m not paying at least double the value for something that’s likely to need thousands of dollars in work. It doesn’t make sense.

There’s no Accord. It’s a Civic. If you can’t tell them apart, what are you doing on an “enthusiast”, and I use the term very loosely, site.

You people must not keep track of Supra’s much. All the quickest ones are automatic. Of course, not Toyota’s automatic, but automatic none the less. In fact, there are far more auto swaps than manual swaps. Manuals are for Dyno queens since they absorb less power. For people who actually race their cars, the autos

I wouldn’t say it’s the same basic engine. One turbo vs two. Air to air intercooling vs air to water. Pretty substantial differences.

Because depreciation is a bitch. I had to pay over $20,000 to trade in my 750Li. It depreciated faster than the payments. And it wasn’t a one time thing. I ended up upside down on cars every time. That’s why I started leasing. Because I can just give it back and it doesn’t cost me anything extra. Plus my payments are

Who wants a base anything?

$750 for an X2? I’m only paying $673 for my loaded X3, taxes included, and put very little down (Was paying $718 for my loaded 335GT before this, both with mid $60k stickers). It’s all dependent on the residual. I was able to get a ridiculous 65% over 3 years on the 17 X3 35i, so that helped a ton. If they’re giving

You sure about that? The regular M2 has a single turbo N55. This one has a twin turbo S55. Not the same, not even close. Who cares about looks? A lot of us don’t. That’s why we hot rod sedans, wagons and SUVs. Give me this power train in a wagon or hatchback and I’d be in heaven.

They weren’t even offered in manual for a couple years. Auto is just plain better with a turbo.

This looks amazing. Not thrilled with the engine though. It’s an RS. Where’s the 4.0T?

Never run an engine without an air filter. If you can’t make power with one, then you’re not really making power. Moron.

It’s way overpriced. I looked at them before my last lease in September. A well equipped Black Label is over $80k. I’m not paying $80,000 for any Lincoln, especially not one based on a $30,000 Ford. They need to knock about 20 grand off the price to make it even an option. Same with Cadillac. The CTS-V and Escalade

All the fastest Supra Turbos are automatic (not this gearbox, GM ones usually). Don’t bash it. Even though it’s a Japanese box from the 90s, which are normally horrible, it can still outshift any human being. It’s just not all that strong.

I can’t wait either. I owned a CTS-V, I owned a 750Li. Now I get to put them together. Unfortunately though, I’m seeing a price much closer to the Bimmer. This is a 6 figure car.

You are clearly not the demographic for a $100k exotic car. In the exotic world, more is better. Go ask the current R8 owners if they ever pined for a V6 instead of their V10. Not a single one will tell you they do. In this market, nobody cares about price or economy. More is better, faster is better, end of story.

Have to hold the handle up to stay locked? Most cars? Since when? I’ve owned close to a dozen cars and not a single one has had that. I think a few imports had it in the 80s, but not most, and not in decades.

That’s extremely slow for a Mustang GT. Most sources are clicking off high 12s with manuals and mid 12s with automatics. They also have 460hp, so no idea what you’re driving.

Nobody will buy their sedans because of their prices and quality. I owned a 2011 CTS-V. Bought it new for $73k. A 2018 version would cost upwards of $100k. I’m not willing to spend that on ANY GM. Not with their quality history. In fact, in November I rented a CTS V6 from Sixt while waiting for my X3 to be shipped

Way overpriced. Could have done the same thing for a couple grand. As a former E39 Dinan owner, I will never go back to them. Too little bang for too much bucks. Throw on a Burger JB4 and you got the same power for 40% of what Dinan charges for their piggyback. Screw that.

No Switch Pokémon game? They said late 2018, or early 19. They’re going to miss out on Christmas sales? Doesn’t seem too smart.
