Isn't there a chance that the original Sulu wasn't gay because that was never a concept that entered Rodenberry's mind? Gay characters were nearly unheard of in MSM of the 60s. If a character was gay there was some very deep subtext you had to wade through to get there.

Can anyone explain what this Green Acre company is and what it wants? Or has that not really been covered yet?

I assumed during the pre-Inauguration tea that they're setting something up where Montez wasn't born in this country and is impeached. Was I the only one who thought that?

Now that Jamie is back in King's Landing I assume they are skipping the inevitable decision Brienne's has to make between Lady Stari and Jamie.

It was never going to be better than season 1, that's nearly an insurmountable obstacle. Season 2 was a really entertain LA noir about typical LA noir stuff like illicit sex and natural resources

I agree with his assessment completely. The whole thing felt really weird and disjointed. Hard to call it a cash grab since they only did 6 episodes and two of them aired two days in a row.

What is Harry Potter Day or Sherlock Holmes Day, exactly?

No one, literally no one, covers Seinfeld2000 except the AV Club

As well he should, since Seinfeld2000 is fucking dumb and obviously created by someone who works or worked for AV Club

I guess I kind of vaguely remember the Brotherhood, or certain people within it, starting to go a little overboard as the books progressed.

Where is House Manderly?! They keep mentioning them but nothing!

I thought the Brotherhood was mostly about killing Freys and other house members loyal to the Lannisters, not racketeering.

A lot of people bag on DOFP, I don't get why. Is it just because of how far it strayed off the comic book?

Need t-shirts

While I am also cynical of any opinion Aykroyd might give, and while I'm sick of remakes and reboots, I also think it's hard to say that both sides are "getting a little crazy" when one side is just trying to make a movie and the other side is, well, actually kind of fucking crazy. One side has been on the defensive

Also generally remakes are not good, or reboots or whatever. There's a lot going against this movie

Can't tell if you're really mad online about it or just lampooning the jackasses

True Detective is dead and we killed it

I always thought it was an interesting, weird story. I wanted to believe it…well, not all the civil war/WWIII stuff. Wait…maybe he was talking about the comic book Civil War! Didn't it come out around the time of his prediction?!

Slow, mournful piano version of original movie's famous music is the new BWAAAAAAAMP in movie trailers.
