Odds are pretty good that anyone buying a new Tesla is likely to already own a fairly new vehicle. So buying another one to replace it, is less “efficient”.

I came here to leave or star a comment like this.

One article or blurb I rad suggested that the exhaust tips didn’t protrude enough from the rear bumper.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say that both versions, civilian and police, use the same crash tests. Testing that would have to be done again if any changes were made.

Let’s just say that the Mustang to douchebro owner ratio is approaching 1:1

Don’t forget the environmental costs of producing a new car.

It’s cheaper to keep it in, than it is to engineer it out.

Reading these comments, people in my city are going to shit literal bricks when the combination of elements allows for “ride sharing” services to operate. People here are so fucking cheap, the first time someone ignorantly agrees to a $1000 ride they’re going to demand the CEO’s head.

Goose Bay is the last airport capable of landing a heavy commercial aircraft before you cross over the Atlantic and would have to make it to Iceland or Ireland, or maybe somewhere else I’m not aware of. related image:

Unfortunately some e-nannies like the “Brake Hold” function use the e-brake. The only reasonable way to make that work is with an electronic e-brake.

The amount is likely sickening to us “normal” people and it was probably funneled through a super-pac.

“meh to the max”

Doesn’t mean it isn’t a ticking time bomb.

The issue only effects up to model year 2004 inclusively.

I wonder how many transmissions this example’s been through.

The thing is old cars are silly cheap in Japan. So if you have the infrastructure set up, the import costs probably aren’t that bad. A few months ago someone was trying to sell a JDM Yaris locally. A plain Jane Yaris.

One word: Malaise

Birds of a feather...

Actually several of our rural customers at work bring in their product behind top trim 3/4 tons, or their semi. They also drive them across the prairies often for work.

It’s probably more a matter of already needing a truck approaching that price. So for an extra ~$10k, why not get the luxo-barge edition?
