I just want to hear more about your story. Are you a stunt driver for other TV/film projects? Or are from western PA?

Pennsylvania’s license plates were boring and bland, but now they have the added benefit that I see a ridiculous amount of plates where the entire design is peeling right off the plate, making them nearly illegible to the eye, let alone to the plate readers that they use on the turnpike now, and the cop cars reading

The western states seem to have the best plates. Colorado, NM, Utah, Arizona. They are all pretty cool.

You can get special plates for any number of causes, even things like sports teams. How is this worse than any other special causes?

Your snark has been noted, but it was a good car. It was the ex’s daily, but i drove it on trips and weekend excursions and whatnot and it was great. Comfortable, a lot of room, the 3.6 had all kinds of power, but it did get mediocre gas mileage.

i had a terrain for two years and it drove great.

The biggest thing in EVs is battery. 30k for the model with 4 rechargeable AAs in the glove box. 300 mile range and awd will be $55k.

Articles like this are why GM (and nearly everyone else) makes eleventy dumb ass CUVs and the sedan is dead.

I feel like there is a significant cross section in the venn diagram of “People who own Chargers” and “People who owns guns”.  I would have expected less theft.

I feel like my tastes are completely opposite general consensus.

Same! I’ve just discovered them in the last year but really been digging them.

I can’t name more than a handful of Taylor Swift’s songs, but I love the spectacle of a huge show like this. I’m not lining up to see the show, but I’d gladly take hypothetical tickets just to see what 80 trucks worth of production look like!

I am on my work network, where youtube is blocked...so I can’t see everyone else’s contributions and I can’t go grab the video. But I have to admit that I really liked the Michael Bay Chevy ad where all of the cars fill the transporter while it’s rolling down the highway. It was a well shot commercial.

There was actually a podcast episode i listened to one time where a particular episode of a podcast broke a Mazda infotainment unit. They tried to get to the bottom of it.

Ironically, I was just cross-shopping a Lamborghini Huracan, a Durango, or a RWD F350 4x4 1.8L 4 cylinder gasoline high mpg, but decided I really wanted a 20 year old Caddy.

You think you hate it now, but wait til you drive it!

This is the kind of dumb shit I could totally see myself spending a Saturday afternoon doing. 3D print a medallion that will fit the shift knob of my subaru and totally be that guy.

My dad drives a Silverado and routinely compares it against comparable F150s and Rams. He acts like Toyota and Nissan don’t even build trucks.

A 750 seems like way to many 50s. I’d be just fine in an F150 or F250 at most.

I had an ‘01 Grand Am GT that looked just like that! Man, I miss it!
