Thanks for the tip. I’m mainly using a +5 Saw Cleaver at the minute as it’s the strongest I have. I have a +3 Ludwig’s Holy Blade too but at +3 it’s the same strength as the cleaver for weaker quick slashes.

I've beaten Dark Souls 1 and 2, and I'm currently playing through Demon's Souls in preparation for Bloodborne (Friday here ;_;) but I've never been able to master the parry. Is it easier to pull off in Bloodborne than it was in Dark Souls?

I absolutely love the tales games and their music, though I still have Tales of Hearts R sitting beside my vita unplayed (new game overload).

Played through DS1 3 times and currently running through it again with my beginner girlfriend. She's been doing whole areas herself after several tries and we're finally at Tomb of the Giants (followed by Gwyn). I've beaten Dark Souls 2 only once though, and will be picking up the PS4 re-release.

It is glorious tho.
