I’m kind of amazed that guys who write car blogs don’t have every day tools like a cordless angle grinder. But the longer I read on Jalopnik I realize that there aren’t a lot of car guys involved.

Don’t you just strap a full size spare to the roof rack along with the extra gas cans and ladder jack? Who buys an “overlanding” rig and wants the spare hidden in some stock location. Hell, strap it to the hood so everyone can truly appreciate your commitment to off-roading cosplay.
