Oh, you’re just guessing. I was wondering if you actually had some insight about how the ECU moves between MBT, economy, emissions reduction, and driveability distance tables and how the Ford tune affects each of those.
What changes does this make to the economy tables? Obviously it would change the MBT tables, but why do you think they would mess with the economy tables on a performance tune?
They could announce it at the Superb Owl.
I went to Iowa Speedway this year! It was my first IndyCar race, and it was a surprising good time. Gwen Stefani concert beforehand, and the race was juuuust long enough that we got to see the end before the kids were fed up and needed to leave.
These aren’t for actual EMTs. It’s just dog whistling, something Dodge/RAM manages to do better than any other automaker by far.
My issue with “Built not bought” is that the “built” line is drawn arbitrarily. Oh, you just bought those control arms for your suspension upgrade? You didn’t build your own arms from steel stock? Oh, you just bought steel stock, you didn’t form and weld your own steel tubes from sheets of steel? Oh, you just just boug…
Interestingly, here’s an SAE paper supporting the idea that “turned up” direct injection turbocharged engines can be more susceptible to oil dilution.
Why is Jonah Hill driving him around?
Same - I was pumped for it, until I realized that the system could recognize a painted line, but it could NOT recognize a semi truck. So if I edged close to the outside of my lane to give a wandering semi some extra space, the system would jerk me away from the line and directly at the semi. Lane-keeping system…
Fuel in the oil will burn off once it’s up to temperature. Seeing fuel in the oil just means that the car was run for a few short drives. I’ve had oil analyses come back with fuel in the oil, but it was because I just started the car up to drive on the ramps and drain the oil. Same vehicle on the next change I parked…
Forscan.
Your speculation is in direct contradiction with the (meager) technical info that’s been released so far.
Uber is partnering with Hertz to allow drivers to have the option of renting Teslas on a weekly or monthly basis.
So we’re back to having vacuum-actuated secondary throttle bores on carbs. :)
Better response and less turbulance
Yeah, it sounds like any other DOHC V8. It doesn’t have the shriek of a flat plane crank like the Ferrari versions get.
But the Maserati got the cross plane crank V8, right? So it doesn’t sound like a Ferrari, just like a loud F-150?
The second Mustang nomination we got was for the Terminator ‘Stang from 2003. Just 140 of these monsters were built, each packing in 390hp from a 4.6 liter V8.
