Not sure if you grabbed a physical copy of Saturday Morning RPG for PS4, but Limited Run Games is going to be including manuals for most of our releases (but it will be ultimately up to the developer).
Simple. It's a Kickstarter campaign. There's a large amount of people who spend money on Kickstarter frequently, and I'm betting there's quite a few of those people with Ouyas. It's also less than a day of work if you've planned ahead for it.
