The book is called 'Fashionable Food Seven Decades of Food Fads' by Sylvia Lovegren. I made some ham stuff with the ketchup and other stuff and I agree IT REALLY SUCKED! The book has made me reconsider my mother's cooking...doesn't excuse it but explains it. 🐧
