When Nissan was tooling up to make the new Titan, they first predicted 90k/yr, then they increased that to 120k/yr. Last I checked they barely cracked 40k.

In Days Of Thunder, they absolutely nailed the part where they depict the idea that there are cars that sometimes race on a track. Very realistic and true to life.

Clearly, Lordstown needs to build Suburban-based EVs in order to placate both American consumer and Congressional needs and wants. It will be the first EV to return a calculated 8 mpg.

Neutral: Manufacturers have to make money and change with the times, else they will get left behind (see: bankruptcies in 2009). If politicians attempt to force them to continue to make unprofitable/unsalable product, they will not survive. OR, they will survive, but not in the US.
