While I loved the last episode of Loki, I’m pretty fucking pissed that no one is talking about Doom Patrol. Beautiful ending.

That’s Old Loki. The one who always has to be pampered, the center of attention, the one who camouflages as Odin, eating grapes watching actors stage a play showing how heroic he (Loki) was/is.

It’s basically like a save game. She branches her own stub right before she dies. Thus, that Flynne is identical to the Flynne who sacrifices herself up until that point.

Correct. I just meant firstFlynne’s sacrifice play in her own stub was to keep everyone else safe.

NewFlynne would have the same data. Since FirstFlynne branched the timeline at ‘now’ both Flynne’s would have the data in their head. Just the Future doesn’t know how to get to NewFlynne’s stub thus its “safe”.

Two-thirds of the way through the Echo series, they’re just going to drop in a few episodes starring the Mandalorian.

This looks great, but WHERE THE FUCK IS ED?!

That’s why I think the most interesting posts in this thread are the reactions to the trailer by people who haven’t read the books. I know exactly what (almost) all of those scenes are from, and the larger context that they’re in, I can’t not know these things, so I can’t see the trailer with fresh eyes. Getting some

Seriously. I normally don’t like shows to just go on and on, but the Venture Brothers is a gem of creative, non-stagnant, characters, hilariously overly complicated continuity, obscure yet clever pop culture gags, and a constant impulse to obliterate its own status quo.

I’ve never been able to get into The Office, for the exact reason you mention. I like that on Parks and Rec (even in the earlier seasons), the jokes are never really mean. The Office always seemed mean spirited to me, and it’s the sort of cringe comedy that I don’t care for. I don’t like that everyone is unified by

I disagree, unfortunately. The best season of POI is S3. I wanted to like the full SF version better, I really did, but while it had some good moments (including the ending) it really felt like it lost its way and didn’t know what it wanted to do with that scenario. S4 was kind of lost, and S5 was kind of rushed. The

Person of Interest reminded me of Fringe, another sci fi gem that went for broke later on. Season 3 Fringe is best Fringe.

The mere mention of Person of Interest makes me wiggly. God damn that show was tight.

Goddamn thinking about how Sleepy Hollow went off the rails still pisses me off. The way they did Abby Mills was particularly foul.

I feel when/if the Flash movie is actually made, there should be an exchange like:

I found an 1812 citation for “the most choice of”, so “ok, Georgian” might be more appropriate...

yeah...i dont mean to show my age, but “choice” as an adjective is not a new thing. In fact, one might even say...

Is Will Weaton playing ...

Really, Mike Colter sold me on this show. Then when Michael Emerson showed up to play a creep I was in. The main “plot” of each episode is just filler.

The second Wil Wheaton showed up, I burst out laughing.
