I never heard anything bad about ACO’s microtransactions. I also listed RE7, DOOM, Hitman, RDR2, and Wolfenstein, and all of the Dark Souls games that were not exclusive. There are many more that have been AAA single player successes aside from exclusives.

I used Metro for the longest time, then it broke for me too. I’ll take any redesign over stagnation.  I hope they give us the option to toggle it back if we want though.

Lol what? Why does Steam have to own Windows? They also offer games in Linux and MacOS when available, making for the largest potential customer base out of any service. I’m sure developers will use the extra 12% of money to be more creative, whatever that means, and not just pocket that money, sure of it. (hahaha)

The timed exclusives on EGS will provide a spike in piracy. I’m sure you’ve seen the many comments from many people saying they will not use EGS. Now with the Quantic Dreams games and especially Outer Worlds going to EGS for exclusive deals, the people who don’t trust EGS with their data mining, partial Tencent…

I’m not talking about voice chat. I’m talking about friends lists that don’t take 30 seconds to load or just flat out freeze, “recently played with” tabs, nicknames (maybe Origin has added that since I last checked), and in-game notifications that don’t block out the sun.

Someone already mentioned it, but Steam was complete garbage when it first came out, so that was a major part of it.

Well, Apex is the first game I’ve ever really used the social aspects of Origin for, and they’re absolutely terrible.  uPlay has come a long way though.

Until the console dies and you cannot fix it or don’t see the value in paying to fix it. With PC, aside from major electrical failure, it’s usually upgrading piece by piece and easily doable yourself.
