Finally finished Witcher 3's main quest line and will be moving on to Hearts of Stone. A few friends and I are dipping into Smite on PS4, and I am playing through Call of Juarez: Gunslinger.

Yeah, they have, but they’re certainly tracking upward instead of languishing like PS+. I was willing to let slide the first year or two of this generation because of lack of games and time for the bigger titles to start dropping in price. I know I sound like a whiny gamer, but I’m really not, I have enough money to

That is probably true, but I play too many games online to let it lapse. I just wish the level of awesomeness PS+ had when it started was still around today.

I only have a PS4 and I’m not happy with the games being released. They’re the types of games that (assuming they are released on PC, and most are) can be found cheap enough there that they don’t really warrant a second buy or playthrough on PS4, even if free.

Sony should take note. This is a what a good lineup looks like. It’s well past the time to start sprinkling some AAA titles in between all of those same-y indie games.

Why would you have to B&E just to drive a Ferrari? That is flawed logic. Just walk in the dealership in an Izod, Sperrys, and knock-off sunglasses and ask to test drive one. Better yet, rent one from one of those luxury rental places. It’s almost like trying something before you buy it, which we are unable to do with

Caps are out no later than the 2nd round, no matter who they play. They will forever be choke artists.

I haven’t even gotten to it yet. I keep telling myself that I’m going to do the main quest when I play, but then I decide to upgrade my gear, or chase that one monster I saw flying in the distance, or finish a side quest, or....

If the person reading or watching can’t see something labeled as “the worst” or “the best” as an opinion, then he or she needs to stop watching videos on the internet and go back to learning the nuances of the English language.

Like Orca said, if you’ve played the previous two games, W3 is so much better. I think the only control that feels a little off to me is the “use” key, because it does everything. I’m 120 hours in and only 40% done and I picked up the expansion pass too. It’s the best game I’ve played in a few years.

That’s part of the reason I haven’t tried too hard to fix it. I put my PC in sleep more often than not and the blinking gets really annoying. I covered it up with electrical tape for a bit before it went out. haha.

Yeah, learning how to replace the mobo and CPU was easy, but the process was a little harrowing. So many little pins! haha. The only mystery left in my case is a power button light that has gone out and I can’t figure out how to fix it. I think the wire might be bad; connections are fine. It’s not a big deal anyhow.

Agreed. The first iteration of my current rig was actually a pre-built from Digital Storm. They have a line of reasonably priced pre-builts that only cost about $100 more than if you bought the parts yourself. Since then everything has been changed out except the disk drive and the power supply.

Yeah, you’re probably right. I suppose if one had more money than time a pre-built would make sense, but there’s something about putting your own PC together and getting past POST that first push of the power button.

I was hoping someone mentioned this. I’m not sure where people get their numbers for the price of a gaming PC.

Even indoors, TressFX is still at full blast.

What does that have to do with anything? Did I miss a school themed map in the trailer?

I’ve got insane slow down issues really. Transferring my data off of it to an external is giving me <2MBps transfer rate when it isn’t flatlined at zero. I have my OS on a separate SSD, so once I’m done with moving everything I’m going to try to unplug the problem drive and see if everything else is normal.

Well, assuming I can fix my current PC problems, I’ll dive back in to Witcher 3, and if not, Arkham Knight on PS4.

Bulbasaur forever and always.
