On Playstation? I haven't had any of that on PS4 yet, but I did get it all the time on my 360. That is certainly a risk, but there's always the option to mute the annoying person and still talk to the remaining two.

Judging by how much larger the Xbone Titanfall player base is than the PC version, I would think we'd see similar results. With the lack of games for the new consoles, I see a lot of people picking this one up.

Still not as cheap as PC games, I just got Tomb Raider for $6. The ability to shuffle games around your friends is good too, I just don't have any friends. Hehe. You are certainly correct about the difficulty of building a PC and the fact that people already have a "office" PC. I built my rig after my laptop took

You'd probably end up right in the middle of your range at $800. You're only looking at one side of that though, you're not doing a proper cost/benefit. Also, you haven't taken into account the vast difference in game prices.

The ethernet port is build right into the MoBo man. Has been for about a decade now. Again, I put that together based on your assumption that I couldn't build a PC that could fit your parameters, and I came damn close. That's without waiting for sales to buy your parts. And again, you just changed the parameters.

Ehh, I hate the piracy of video games, but some of the games and systems of yesteryear are incredibly tough to find or just too damn expensive. If you include piracy, then PC gaming gets really cheap. But don't do that, the people who worked on the game deserve the sale. If you really have reservations on buying a

Right, this is all stuff that is on the google front page. If you're smart about when and what you buy, it could be about 25% less.

When I said Diablo, Fallout, and Half-Life, I mean the old ones. Ya know, the ones that defined genres and a generation of games. Old games do not mean bad games, and most are worth the time to go back and play. Kotaku has a list of The Twelve Best Games on PC, one of which is still an indie title exclusive to PC

Bargain bin titles like Starcraft, Diablo, Command & Conquer, Everquest, Warcraft, Doom, Wolfenstein 3D, Tribes, Fallout, System Shock, Half-Life? Quality exclusives? Half-life 2 and all of the Orange Box (originally PC only), Crysis 1, FTL (until recently, now on iPad), too many indie games to count.

BUT DX12!!!!!!! lol

No games? How about a back catalog of oh, 20 years worth of games? Oh, and emulators. The cost argument is tired and not true. You can build a PC on par with a PS4/Xbone for under $600 and then save so much cash during digital sales it's not even funny.

This. Console fanboys squabble over which black box is better or why the other one sux0rs, while PC fanboys sit there and laugh at the consoles and spend ridiculous amounts of money so their rig is bleeding edge. /endgrossgeneralizations

Man, you don't like jokes do you? Or combining your thoughts into complete posts. Also, PC != console. Bob makes me laugh daily, and for that, I thank him. THANKS BOB

I am part of a master race, but I also self-deprecate. What does it all mean?

I loved my 360, but not that much. That's dedication, yeesh.

I'd say most PC players have a mic around and will use it for co-op play. My experience with console gamers is that they almost refuse to use mics. I was going to get Watchdogs on PC, but maybe I'll get that for PS4 and get Evolve for PC. I like to spread the love, and to justify my PS4, lol.

I can't imagine that the KB/M and gamepad difference would matter much in this game. It's humans vs. monster and the monster probably doesn't have standard FPS mechanics, so the gamepad will be at less of a disadvantage.

The only question left is whether to get it on PS4 or PC. I have a feeling that PC will have better teamwork, but PS4 will have a larger player base

Ah, yes, this is true. Well timed sir.
