Not every game has the option to remove the HUD, and it looks like SS has or will add the option to do so in an update. Thanks for the smartass comment tho, really helpful.

Or Diablo. But, seems to be totally worth it. The powers are still really fun and you get to do some cool stuff on the evil side. Worth bumping up the difficulty too, keeps the fights interesting. Taking out one of those trailers gets real hard, real quick.
How do you get the HUD to go away for screens? I have wanted to make my own wallpapers, but can't figure out how to get rid of the HUD.
Not a Good Match For: The easily frustrated, or those who want a great story. Delsin's tale winds up being pretty straightforward and boring, and as thrilling as Second Son's super-powered city-traversal can be, the game's combat can be awfully annoying.
Eh, but doesn't Second Son almost require a second play through if you want to see everything? I just started my second run with bad karma on Expert. I'm hoping it will be my first platinum :)
Well, then Fraps is wrong (why are you still using Fraps? There is better recording software that doesn't sap performance). If you managed to build a PC for that little with half of it being a video card, that's flat out impressive. I'd be curious as to what the rest of the specs are.

I know people hate on the re-release of games that are barely a year old, but as someone who never had a PS3 and didn't get around to Tomb Raider last year, I'm super excited for those two. I'm waiting to be bored with Infamous and Titanfall before I snag Tomb Raider, but I'll get TLoU on release day. I was so…
Hmmm. I'll have to think about that, but my recliner is no where near my PC and until I move, I'm in a space restricted environment. :( I'll consider the projector when I have the space.
That's cool. I did a comparison between insane and high as well and I can't really tell either, so you're not alone. I'm usually pretty good with that stuff too. Uninformed people trying to sound like they know things generally just annoys me.
Good for you, but that costs, what, at least $300? There's no way you build the rest of a PC for $200. There's also no way TF is running above 60 fps. So, still lying.
A quick Google shows them $300 and up.
Well, small apartment living kinda eliminates that possibility and high quality projectors are real expensive. I need to figure out how to change my recliner into a gaming chair.
Titanfall is probably somewhere in between the console generations. They're using the cloud computing thingy on the XBone and PC versions, and maybe the 360, not sure on that one. Anyone who is buying a PC or upgrading a PC for Titanfall isn't doing it strictly for Titanfall, same as you wouldn't buy a console for…
Ever sit a foot away from a 24" or 27" monitor? It's freaking huge. There's some sort of math in there to figure out what size a TV would need to be from average sitting distance (maybe 8'-10'?) to equal the field of view. Also, KB/M is far more accurate than a controller. Take away your easy mode auto-aim and…
You know how I know you're lying? I also doubt at $500 you can run insane textures, b/c it supposedly requires 3GB VRAM.
I think the QR will see a surge in popularity with the 40mm nerf and QR buff. I love the rocket spam :)
The Order looks good, but IIRC, it's at 30 fps. I don't believe it would look as buttery smooth as Crysis 3 running at 120 or even 60 fps. The fps argument only goes so far with me. I like games to run at 60, but after that, the difference is negligible, human eye and all, but you can definitely spot the difference…
Plenty of Michigan fans who chose State for similar reasons or couldn't get in to Michigan, so they went to State. Can't Read, Can't Write. :P
Yeahhhh. If anyone expected the graphics to be as good on the 360 they're delusional. Like Mai pointed out, no one said anything about the graphics being equal. As long as the gameplay is equal or maybe just a tad different due to AI, then the 360 users would be generally happy. This seems to be the case. If you…
