Ferrari HAD to do this. There real customer base is the +$200 million net worth crowd who buys up every new model without question. These customers act like “statesmen” in that they are members of elitist Country Clubs, elitist Yacht Clubs, and various other elitist places that limit the members to one type of

I agree with a lot of what you say, but Diesel is not hard to find. I’ve driven Diesels on and off since 1981, and finding fuel has been a issue for me.... once.  Sometimes you have to wait for a gas car to unblock the only Diesel pump in the court though.

Seconded

How many crossovers or SUVs get the fuel economy and the low emissions of a Hyundai Ioniq? It is more than comfortable on long highway drives and was thousands cheaper than a crossover. Recession 2019 is about to hit and the SUV/Truck/crossover market is about to take a nose dive again. Honestly I wish we would

I’m all for dedicated motorcycle lanes, I guess!

These are not the kinds of freights these engines were meant to be harbored in...

Same thing happens to brake rotors

Just stuff that GTI powertrain in a Rabbit pickup and you can eat that store-bought GTI for lunch.

It looks like a closed-wheel pinewood derby car. I love it.

Holy crap, the TT DOES have a back seat!  Well today I learned something.

I feel like this is a flawed and mostly worthless report. Why? If I’m reading it correctly, their data points only come from cars that were sold. As cars climb higher in mileage, their value drops. As value drops, two things happen - they are less likely to be fixed when they break and so are scrapped instead of sold,

I drove one locally last year that had foot-long holes in both rockers and an asking price of nearly 3k. So logically I passed on that and bought a 30 year old BMW with a quarter mil on the odometer, because I am an idiot.

I just don’t want to see more of these fuckers on the streets here.  I saw enough of them in sandworld.  I’m home and I want to see cops appearing like cops and not a fucking military unit.

I’m sure there’s a ton of it in the carpet.

My grandfather was a trucker. I knew early I never wanted to spend that much of my life budgeting for fuel or figuring out where to park.

If John Smith buys this truck sans CDL and never tow over the 26k GCWR CDL limit, he’s golden. Ah, but then John comes across a situation where he does need to tow over the CDL limit and figures “just this once won’t be a problem.” Now we have a scenario where manufacturers have told him that he’s golden for 35k lbs.

I just need to know how often these brand new heavy duty trucks actually tow enough to justify themselves, ie- towing more than the next size down can tow.

History fact: That part of Alabama and Mississippi (even over to Baton Rouge) were part of West Florida until after 1781...therefore it counts :)

load these up with the tools most contractors need though, and you only need minutes to describe how fast it gets up to speed.

Give me a crew-cab-forward 1/2 ton that can fit in a normal garage and I’m in. (wait, did I just invent “crew-cab-forward”?)
