Have you read or watched Big Little Lies?  The book is great but it’s the first time that I actually thought that the show/movie was better than the book.  There’s something about the domestic violence that is so much more visceral watching it rather than reading it.

And Carrie Underwood did not get famous from radio, she won American Idol.  And that was 13 years ago.

I mostly read stupid romance novels but the big non-fiction book of this year for me was Michelle Obama’s Becoming. I did a review on my YouTube channel (it’s just getting started so don’t make too many nasty comments about how horrible the editing is ;).
