There was an old lady, probably about 75 years old that would drive a tan Opel GT around my town. She actually had two of them, but one was so old and ragged it became a parts donor for the other one. She had to go in and retake her drivers test at a certain age, around 75, and passed! In her 40 year old GT with a

This black plastic is absolutely horrible. I know a fog light is supposed to go in there in upper trims, but it can’t even fake like it’s a grill in lower trims?

This rear armrest looks identical to the one in the Lexus RX330, minus the designs of the cup holders. Now that I think about it, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen a similar design. There must be some shared supplier of rear arm rests for a bunch of manufacturers. Interesting.

I see a lot of Chevy Trax in this greenhouse. The stretched taillights also remind me of the Trax. Not good for a car that costs twice as much.

Let’s also talk about the other Subaru wagons we never got in the U.S.

It seems like there’s a lot of wasted space around this shifter, considering how large the center tunnel it.

I never noticed the way these three light bulbs are integrated into the headlight. Man, the little details on the LFA are just awesome.

I see a lot of 2010-2012 Ford Fusion in this headlight/grille arrangement.

Is this whole section not centered in the car?

A power liftgate isn’t standard on an SUV that starts at over $100,000? People complain about not getting one in the CUV category so this won’t go over well.

There is just something so fascinating about crashes at that high of a speed. I think the crash tests at 40 mph are just “standard” now, so higher speeds are a new, very different experience. Especially because cars were never designed for impacts of that speed, not that designs could really help much with those

I think the 2004 Acura TL is pretty timeless. It still looks good at 11 years old. In fact, it’s much better than the beak TL.

1st Gear: While it makes sense for the cars to turn off when they can’t detect a key, there’s a problem with that. This is a very specific circumstance, but bear with me. What happens if you’re driving down the road and the battery in the key fob dies? The car would just shut off because it can’t detect a key anymore

Yes! I love this song! I always turn my radio up almost all the way when this song comes on.

Interesting... My family’s 2004 RX330 has 198,000 miles on it, but the oxygen sensor is still going strong. It has had a fair number of other issues like the time it wanted to have a five cylinder engine: http://oppositelock.kinja.com/the-lexus-that…, but I still love that car, no matter how boring it is! I learned to
