I would think when a situation like this is seen coming by LM execs they look at the probability that production might be restarted. With all the know issues with the F-35 program if I was an exec at LM I would make sure to do everything I could to make a restart as cheap as possible.

The whole point of living IN the city is that ready access to alcohol in times of major weather events is walkable.

That might make sense in places like Minnesota or Colorado where large storms are a frequent enough occurrence that you might put on snow tires at the beginning of winter and keep them on. That makes no sense in the Mid-Atlantic where we haven’t had one fucking snow storm all year and it was 70 degrees 3 weeks ago...
