Jalopnik’s new feature article series is basically “Why, NO, As a Matter of Fact, I Have Not Heard of Hemmings”.

Dodge Magnum with a Hemi. Several to choose from at half his budget with under 60k on the odometer. With little work, it can be built to over 600hp. $15,000 would easily do it with $10k or so to spare.

5.7 liter V-8, easily tunable to over 500HP, well over 600HP with a little work. $15,000 with under 45,000 miles on it. Easy choice:

You want a JDM Kei van? Don’t settle for less than the Master of All Kei Vans.

Anyone know if that Magnum listing is legit, or a Facebook scam?

I don’t think Cadillac is a current problem for GM. They’re selling tons of Escalades with huge margin on every single one, their smaller SUVs sell decently enough. Much of the rest of the Caddy line is just the most profitable way possible to keep at least one hand in the sedan game.

You make me want transparent body panels.

I’m convinced that nobody gets out of the grey anymore. I’ve been here for years, off and on. Probably three years longer than my current user name, because I couldn’t be bothered to look up my old password to recover my old grey account.

If GM chooses to make Corvette a brand, they should really let loose the pricing on any additional models. Like $150k starting prices. And any discounts better be rare. Just make fewer if you need to.

Exactly. Nobody ever asked for a nautical-themed car family any more than they asked for an aeronautical-themed car family. And now that we have the latter, the idea of creating the former is even less appealing.

Do yourself a favor. Stop referring to new things as old thing “killers”. It rarely applies, and it’s played out so much that even when it does apply, you should still use a different description instead.

Well, you don’t know me personally.

Only choice ticks all the boxes better than all the others.

Every 2CV article, photo, or even mention that I run across is mild torture to me.

I would take a generic transportation appliance over that piece of shit you posted. And that’s even assuming the piece of shit was sitting properly on it’s suspension.

That’s fuck-all stupid. I’d sooner drive a hybrid Accord than be seen in that hot garbage.

I love restrained design, but that’s A REALLY BORING small convertible. The top line is far too straight to allow any real interest to form around the body shape.

I haven’t bought a Fiero because I don’t have parking... ...for the truck full of money needed to make the Fiero what it should have been in the first place.

No.

Are you libeling an entire nation ignorantly, sarcastically, intentionally, or are you just trying to be some kind of internet edgelord?
