True, but I think birdpeople would at least appreciate the unique cinematography and the way it emulates constant motion. Just like flying.

Oh man. That could be another great list, hardest laughs of the season. It'd be interesting to hear others' picks. Mine, in no particular order, are:

Oh yeah, if we were comparing "Rick and Morty" to similar TV programs, or assembling some all-encompassing list, then the issue of what constitutes a "good" or "better" episode would be different to define. Here, we're just comparing them to the status quo of the season—and season two was some of the most

One of my favorites:

Well if that's not a comment to drink to, I don't know what is.

It was comin' strong, and they had to take care of it.

I still think the most tragic TV character I've seen in my lifetime is Locke from "Lost." Rick is definitely up there though. He had some dark, dark storylines this season—and now being locked up in a space jail seems only fitting for someone who's been on a downward psychological spiral for so long.

How do you think he'd feel about "Birdman?"

Same. I'd say Get Schwifty was the only real "sub-par" episode of the season (which is like comparing an A- to an A). Interdimensional Cable 2 felt like they were winging it a bit with some of the TV jokes, and Look Who's Purging Now—compared to the other episodes—wasn't spectacularly original. But those are minor

1. Total Rickall - A+ (number one for 100 days, 100 years)
2. Mortynight Run - A
3. The Ricks Must Be Crazy - A
4. The Wedding Squanchers - A
5. Big Trouble in Little Sanchez - A-
6. Auto Erotic Assimilation - A-
7. A Rickle in Time - B+
8. Interdimensional Cable 2: Tempting Fate - B
9. Look Who's Purging Now - B+
10. Get

I'm not ashamed to say that I would gladly buy a Mr. Poopybutthole poster, action figure, etc. I've already used him as my Twitter avatar and the name inspiration for my fantasy football teams. It's like an addiction.

It takes time to build a case. She's probably seen "The Wire."

Finish up, then the party's squanchin' over at my place!

It's more contextual than literal.

HE'S NOT STARING AT YOU.

"Rectified?" Where's Abigail Spencer? Is she around?

Dammit, Mr. Poopybutthole! This makes me wanna get out my laser gun and—

This phone line's only purpose is to give you this message. It is a sad, lonely existence. Just like yours.

I think Rick's exhibited empathy for Morty before (like when he was sacrificing himself to save Morty in the season premiere). And he seems to genuinely care about Beth, or at least does a decent job of showing it. Here, all the death and destruction around him—along with overhearing the family talking about getting
