The Motorsport series was always at 60fps, Forza Motorsport 6 was 1080p at 60fps. Only the Horizon series (Open world version) is 30fps on consoles. It’ll likely still be 30fps in the future even on X1-X due to parity with X1 and X1-S.

If its anything like 360 backwards compatibility then yes it will support disc. Honestly it makes more sense that this will be disc based as digital games didn’t take off until 360/PS3 era. I remember playing San Andreas like crazy on my 360 when they made certain X1 games back compatible.

Hard mode is locked behind a $20 DLC this is beyond ridiculous. Having to beat certain games on normal first to unlock the hardest mode always irritated me, but to have to buy DLC for hard mode is a dumb move for Nintendo.

You do know that the Ps4 was smaller from the jump with essentially the same AMD components but more powerful and the power converter AC-DC was built into the console. The X1 had a weaker console with the power brick and I’m sure this new smaller X1 S will still have the power brick.

Sony already confirmed the new PS4 and said it will live in tandem with the current sku. Also MS goes before Sony in E3 which starts tomorrow and I doubt MS will talk about anything other than the current X1 and Windows 10 ecosystem.
