Same, slow runner here. It used to frustrate me. I was always trying to run faster. I’ve since made my peace with it, and now appreciate my long, slow runs much more. :)

Sometimes our bodies just aren’t built for certain distances/paces. I’m a slow runner, which is frustrating, but I’ve also been lucky to avoid any major injuries in my 2+ decades of running.
