I've always adapted to the controller. It's not really an issue for me.
I think that's supposed to be his skateboard from BTTF1. The Marty figure next to it is rockin' the "life-preserver" from the first movie.
What more could a fun loving movie goer ask for?
It also bears mentioning that the PlayStation 4 features a standard headset jack and the Xbox One's is proprietary
I agree that we need more class-based affirmative action - but in addition to, not instead of, race-based affirmative action. Until people of color are no longer impacted by institutional disadvantages, this is a necessary system.
Freud wasn't a failure. Many of his theories are wrong, but a lot of his procedures were right on the money.
Sim City has no win state or lose state. Many puzzle games have no win state (Tetris), and some lack a lose state. Some games pursue play while de-emphasizing the winner and loser for the sake of making other game elements more interesting (Once Upon a Time); in that case, the interest is in developing an emergent…
You kind of missed the point.
I think the 'binary view' the author is talking about is in regards to the fact that success = fun and failure = not fun. I think the author has a good point in posing the question, 'How can we make losing more fun?', and then introduces several games where success = fun and failure = fun as well.

Well, your cat owns your boyfriend now. The head-rubbing thing is a way for the cat to mark his territory. So bow down both to your new master!
Some of the most 'adult' films were rated 'G', and many of the most childish were rated 'R'. There is no correlation.
I beg to differ... Hollywood has been producing action-adventure shows since the 40's, and plenty of characters never resorted to profanity to make their point. I've also read plenty of novels with real, believable characters that also didn't need to curse to be believable.
I would assume that the tree had the right of way as it was there first.
