Remember what happened to Sega when they stopped making consoles and focused only on software? They somehow couldn't remember to make Sonic games for over 9 years until Sonic Colors came out.

Its easy to say that but they most likely started work on the x1 version before Microsoft made its plans completely known. Lets also not forget that Poland, where CD projekt is based isn't even getting the x1 at release.
