Yeah, I just bought a lease-return GLA. It was reasonably priced, it is fun to drive and gets great mileage (especially in Eco mode). In Sport mode, it’s a little rocket of a 4-banger.

This exactly. our HOA is currently suing a neighbor that is AirB&B’ing their house, which is against the covenant here. The place attracts rats and looks like shit half the time. They bought the place and never moved in. Long term rentals are cool, but AirB&B can die in a fire.

This is partially why I’ve invested in actual travel clothes (ExOfficio, REI, etc. ) Nice collared shirts and convertible slacks that look nice, but are super light, vented, and easy to clean. I can pack more in a smaller bag, and they pass for actual nice clothes.

Go pick up the book Convict Conditioning. This is the best out there for full body workouts with clear progressions for each move. I guarantee that anyone can start with the basics, and only the most hardcore can do the max. really great to have in your fitness arsenal.
