    Thanks, but no thanks.

Interesting - I wasn’t aware the Plymouth Cricket was one of these.  I always assumed it was a captive Mitsubishi product.  (That being mostly how Chrysler got small cars in NA).

What the hell model of Sunbeam was that?

What sadist designed those seats?  Holy crap - those things don’t have enough of anything anywhere to be described as even remotely supportive.

The PC was never intended to be a gaming machine.

Came here to say exactly that!

Take a look in Europe, please. Cabover designs in semi-trailer tractor units are dominant over there.

Let’s see - all of the downsides of a Harley from an era when the bikes were better known for leaking oil than anything else, and all of the discomfort of a “cafe racer” styling?

I dunno - I’ve always thought the Fiat S76 engine was pretty amazing. (Look up ‘The Beast of Turin’)

I’m sure they did - the Cosworth ZO9 engine was a detuned version of a racing engine. Those engine derivatives always had a tendency to be a little high strung back then. What it didn’t have was the tendency to piddle oil everywhere.

The Cosworth Vegas are potentially worth something.  They didn’t have the myriad of stupid engine problems that the more pedestrian units did.  (and delivered respectable performance for their day)

$18 Large for a Ranger? They didn’t cost that much new, and stuffing a Cobra motor into one doesn’t automatically add that kind of value.

Not when it’s about police abusing their powers.

If the orders came from the top, then that’s where the firing has to start.

I’m stunned by this. The argument used by the police is such unmitigated BS, I can’t believe they used it at all.

You’re going to do a lot of metal work to make those side vents functional.

    TY

Hmmm ... 47 might make sense if the speedometer is calibrated in km/h.  (47 puts you just a hair below 30 mph)

Apply a ‘reasonable person’ test to it. If you create automation that gives the _IMPRESSION_ of being more capable than it really is, what is a reasonable person going to think / do?

Depends on how you fold them ...
