It was an interesting development to see the complete crumbling of the facade of Roy Tillman over the course of the season. He is introduced as a guy who is very much in control of his life. He’s like a king in the little county where he acts as sheriff. The whole place is under his control, the feds won’t touch him.…
So Farr bought a gun to a knife fight and still lost. Sean Connery would have been so disappointed.
So Ole Munch closes the season with a good old munch of biscuit.
not sure why she was giving this advice, but hey
It’s still a small target. So Witt aims at the knee or calf and misses, guess what? He gets stabbed and dies. Hell, even if he hits him, he still probably gets stabbed because they tell you shots to the limbs often won’t stop a determined attacker. Witt really had one option, shoot Tillman several times in the chest…
They really, really leaned into The Tragedy of Macbeth in the visuals over the last two episodes, and so I was almost afraid - once Munch was sitting there - that the name “Danish Graves” might allude to Hamlet, and that everyone was gonna die.
Some glaring plot holes but overall, fantastic season and now one of my favorite finales of something.
Well, my theories were wrong and very stupid, thank you very much. But I was right that Dot wouldn’t kill Tillman and that he would go to prison, and that Gator was the reason he got caught.
Yeah, that’s not true. The chest/torso is a bigger target and you’re more likely to hit it. Hollywood has people thinking its so easy to hit arms or legs in firefights and that’s just not true at all. They’re smaller targets and that’s not even taking into account other factors like they could be moving (making them…
That doesn’t sound right, but I don’t know enough about shutting-up-est shows to dispute it...
I assumed it meant G/O Media finally fired all the humans.
I haven’t been this unclear on the point somebody was trying to make since the headline of this article.
Saw him live in Vegas. Was ok but pretty uninspired material. Very tame I thought. No real desire to see this, but it’s so weird how comedy routines from certain folks have become socio-political sounding boards for the Very Online and no one actually judges to see if they succeed as comedy!
No one in the world would even remember that joke, positively or negatively, if Will Smith hadn’t reacted in an insane way. It’s the silliest throwaway joke in the world, but it gave us a the world’s worst insight into an insane relationship dynamic.
Jfc take your meds and stop commenting.
Both very funny shows.
Maybe Hyden should've brought up Kolo Toure failing his drug test and being suspended from playing for Manchester City.
Oasis?
I was wondering about Oasis. You should ask some more questions about Oasis. Because these guys were in Oasis weren't they? Oasis.
Beady Eye music, mate.
I have a minor sinus infection right now and my AV Club Make-A-Wish Foundation wish is for this to become a meme
