I just want to congratulate What’s On Tonight for successfully fighting the urge for perfection, and finally correcting—on the final episode of the season no less—the service which The Boys actually airs on. Amazon Prime’s happiness is only equaled by the crushing defeat felt by HBO Max today.

I’ve always liked Baron Cohen since his HBO Da Ali G Show days, when he developed his array of characters like Borat, to take the piss out of the worst of human beings and casting a bright light on ignorance and the importance to call these people out.

I have to say that after quite a bit of “hit and miss” episodes the last few seasons—when they decided to go with the themed/genre/dream motifs as a conceit—the soft reboot that is this season has been a return to form from the first few seasons in my opinion. I’ve found that my laughs per minute are about the same as

This really hurts. I remember in 6th grade a friend gave me his older brother’s cassette copy of Van Halen that I would pop into my Sony Walkman and listen to “Eruption” before morning class in the mid-eighties. At 11 I found my first rock hero. I got to see both versions of Van Halen later on in life. 2020 can go

Don’t worry everyone... The Donald wouldn’t tell us he’s fine, if he’s not. Right??

I have the book. You are both correct, of course, but at least there’s a fleshed out timeline that they know the future of things, obviously.

I am now officially a broken man. This year has seen a lot of good things get cancelled but this just hurts my soul. I hope when things turn around, if they ever do, maybe we get a revival within a few years.

As long as the showrunner/writers commit to the series, at least this story already has a written ending so maybe they’ll stick the landing this time.

It could have been worse...

And yet for the 5th time in a row The Boys will not be appearing on HBO Max.

Regardless of how this plays out, it makes The Donald look like the uneducated, idiotic, poor decision making buffoon, that he is. I truly hope he reaps what he sows here, because if anyone deserves cosmic comeuppance, it’s this clown.

Christ on a cracker! They couldn’t just sell the licensing to Amazon or one of the others? It’s bad enough I subscribe to 7 or 8 (I honestly don’t know) services as it is.

This is my favorite Genghis Khan. Less genocide, more dancing.

“Conan, what is best in life?”

Translating the original tweet:

I think Jack “Huey” Quaid, Billy Butcher, and the rest of The Boys need to visit dear ole dad and slap some sense into him.

Barsanti’s grade notwithstanding, I’m very much looking forward to this as it’s own thing after very much liking the Castlevania series. It’s western anime from very good talent, so let’s go.

I guess “Killing Star Trek Streaming Service” was a bit too wordy.

I’ve said for a long time now that American Dad was the superior show to Family Guy and even then, not given it’s proper due on the short list of great adult animation.

Oh I agree, it didn’t top it, it just added to it. She is a very bad, bad.
