Homelander for all his psychopathic bluster and the tension that he might kill anyone at any moment should they upset him, is offset by his obvious need to be loved and accepted. While he talks about being a god and possibly ruling as such, he very much needs people to rule and love him. He knows better than anyone

You couldn’t pay me enough to sit in a box for two hours plus with complete strangers right now or for the foreseeable future.

Nah.. just a good natured jest over the mislabeling/typo above, regarding which service it’s on. For a moment I actually thought there was another show called The Boys on HBO Max.

Amazon Prime Video must be as shocked as I am to find out their series The Boys has been snatched by HBO Max, midseason no less. The streaming wars has truly gone to the next level.

As talented as she was beautiful her whole life and typically commanded the screen in every scene she was in regardless of the other actors. She will be missed. R.I.P.

Just started this week and 4 episodes in and I love it. Considering the dumpster fire the DCU has been mostly, Harley’s animated series looks wonderful and very funny.

Agree, agree, agree. I think the most frustrating part of this game is that it dangles in front of you “what it could be”. Just think if they had made this a linear game with hub areas like another Square product FFVII Remake, or say they decided to go open world like Insomniac’s Spider-Man.

I can’t wait to not watch this film!!

It looks like it’s cut from the same cloth as Castlevania which has been fantastic. I’m ready for another great anime adaptation.

Ozzy would be the first person to tell you he’s made a lot of mistakes in his life, but he’s also someone that has always had empathy and feelings for others. He’s always open to learning and trying to get better.

I am so ready and excited for this show and this season. The fact that so much of this resonates and reflects much of life in 2020, is just the cherry on top of the sundae.

Single-player with co-op and open world? I’m in.

It’s very easy for people to get all riled up on either side of this issue because they perceive one of these entities as more evil or being hypocritical in their actions.

I came for the cable pubescent thrills, stayed for the pre-Larry Sanders, Rip Torn as he chewed the scenery as the villain.

That picture shakes me to my loin cloth. Ah, the memories.

Of course Stranger Things isn’t ending with season 4.

As a kid in the 90s it was the first time, but certainly not the last time, that I would own two competing consoles—kinda like now.

Barsanti is entitled to his perspective, certainly, but the criticisms I’m hearing in this review seem to stem more from what he wanted to see in this, than critiquing what’s actually offered.
