Bipolar isn’t just up and down. It means drastically different moods for that person. Manic doesn’t mean delirium. It can be marked by intense bouts of energy and talking a lot about differing topics. I don’t say it lightly or to excuse caping for white supremacy. It doesn’t seem like Stacey Dash self hate.
