It’s so that businesses that have locations in multiple states can have the same prices everywhere. Otherwise, they would have to make seperate commercials for each state.

Cheese with fish is kosher. It’s land-based meat and bird meat that can’t be eaten with cheese. Fish doesn’t visually resemble land meat (is there a better term for this?) like chicken/ turkey, so you don’t have to worry about your neighbors thinking you’re eating cheese with meat.
