Still that is a pretty huge achievement for a downloadable title.

This happened to me in My Player mode. He became my head coach in year 3 with the Jazz (after we stupidly replaced Ty Corbin with Don Nelson for a single season) and I thought it was just a coincidence.
You say it oozed generic-ness yet when I look at the dark, gritty RPGs that it was trying to compete with compared to Amalur's colorful and lighthearted world I think it was pretty original, at least in the single player RPG space.
I thought they actually went in and digitized Griffin to match the visual style, not just add a Jam overlay to the highlight reel. Disappointing to say the least.
This really saddens me. They took a huge risk running such a high budget on a brand new IP and while it wasn't perfect it was fun and I definitely was excited for a sequel to KoA and at least intrigued by the MMO. Sadly they happened to release in a time when RPGs like The Witcher 2, Mass Effect 3, and Skyrim were…
I interpret it in two ways; The first is that jazz is so features and heavily uses the idea of improvisation, any time you hear live jazz that performance will likely never be replicated again because so much of the music (especially in terms of soloing) is based around creating original ideas right in that specific…
From what I have seen other places the word was updates would be coming out bimonthly so since the game launched in may we can probably expect it in July.
Because the deal when licensing the engine from Epic the fees are supposed to be used in part to make fixes and improvements to the engine. Silicon Knights is alleging that Epic instead used that money to fund Gears of War.
I don't remember Dead Island winning any awards. Maybe they went the PBR route and won a Game of the Year contest that they created.
I agree with this. Its the same reason Batman (and all of Marvel's Cinematic Universe) have been much more grounded in reality, in 2012 no one is going to buy Joel Schumacher or Tim Burton's Batman.
I think #1 can be explained away a bit because of the way Craig was set up. This isn't the already experienced James Bond who has done this for a while (which is the version used in the series prior) but a young impulsive Bond who is still developing. He has the raw skill to be a Double 0 but is still building the…
I think it will be finished, the state really needs it to be finished if they hope to recoup a decent amount of the money they are owed.
I really liked KoA and for a first showing I thought it set the company up really well for the future. It may not have had the most engaging plot and could be a bit repetitive but I had fun the whole way through.
It really isn't just a DRM issue in the grand scheme of things. Because of the non-standard hardware that is inherent to PC gaming compatibility problems are always an issue. For pretty much any game you can find a list of video cards and sound cards that cause problems with said game. In my personal experience (as…
This kind of stuff is the exact reason I started buying multi-plat games for my console instead of PC. I got sick and tired of taking the time searching the corners of the internet to find out what my error message meant, downloading a patch (or whatever other solution from adding folders to changing lines of code),…
Sucks that you never got a chance to play it but you didn't buy the PSP version so you shouldn't pirate it.
As many others have said, if you have already paid for the game then I don't see a problem. However I would see a problem if you bought a copy of a game for your Xbox 360 and then went ahead and pirated a copy for your PC as they are not the same product.
The boy in this case molested a child. He deserves the punishment and should not have access to children.
My problem with this is that the sex offender tag is much to broad. Yes, I do believe that child molesters shouldn't be able to have unmonitored access to children which a service like Live or the PSN can allow. At the same time to ban every sex offender without looking at their offense punishes too many.
For most states there isn't a way to get off the sex offender registry, it is a for life tag.
