Right now I am going to finish my backlog of games in an effort to be clear in time to replay ME and ME2. That log includes:
No but he will constantly go back every 10 years or so to "touch up" his original films and bring them closer to his original artistic vision.
Don't worry you can catch George Lucas's crowning jewel in theaters this February when The Phantom Menace is re-released in 3D.
Blizzard is more like Valve than Ubisoft in many ways:
Thanks, I never got Trine (not on XBLA and really not much of a PC gamer) but I had looked at Trine 2 a little bit.
It would be a great full circle for Blizzard to return to their console roots. Of course if they are going to start doing on work on consoles again then I demand a new Lost Vikings game, or at least a nice HD update of the originals. Maybe Blackthorne too, I would love to see that backward shotgun blast in HD.
Or Valve, because we all know once Valve started developing for consoles their games turned to shit. Portal 2, more like Suck 2 amirite.
I think they may go full retail with it. It would be their first major foray into the console space (unless you count that PS1 Diablo port that they "co-developed" or their early stuff like Rock and Roll Racing) and it isn't as if they haven't been looking at it for a while. If StarCraft Ghost had made it out and sold…
Ah. I don't see why not as long as you don't use the full song. Forza 2 had instrumental versions of songs like Crazy Train in it and I didn't hear much complaining about it. Of course I don't know if they were licensed or not.
The last couple of years the House Party has usually been early, February-ish if I remember so here's hoping we see Alan Wake in a few short weeks to lead the party.
That is kind of how fair use works. You can use a small amount (though no set definition of small has been set) of another person's copyrighted work in your work if it is used for certain reasons, such as education or research. If the game revolved around helicopters then fair use would not work as a defense because…
I am honestly surprised EA isn't just settling this up and calling it a day. I don't understand how they can make any claim to fair use of a patented design when they use it for profit.
I would be very happy if they added more single player storylines. I actually love the fact that I can play an MMO and have the plot actually matter/exist at the same tiem.
I didn't know Ron Jeremy had a gamer son.
They are controlling how you play because they want to have some semblance of competitive balance. If you want to get on a private server and hack away at the game (assuming you are obeying server rules) then go for it. But in this case IW is providing a service to gamers and part of their promise is that they will…
Those sound like official Xbox policies to me. Like they would report those offenses to MS and let their team handle it. That would make sense.
Miyamoto himself has said on multiple occasions that they develop the game first and then worry about story and its fit into the timeline later.
I think the issue was with the plot to Link to the Past. It mentions the sages and the Imprisoning War against Ganon. Since OoT makes it clear that it is Ganon's first appearance (no one even knows he is evil yet except for Zelda) we know Link to the Past can't take place before OoT. That is what makes it so messy.…
Every now and then they have a direct connection (Majora's Mask to OOT or the Oracle Games) but yea, for the most part each is a completely separate experience.
